COMPETITION FOOTBALL

We are proud to offer the opportunity for people aged 8 and above to participate in competition football in Football Victoria’s programs.

This forms our vision of a “Pathway Club” where players start in our MiniRoos, developing their skills and continual improvement as they progress through the Junior ranks and on to Senior football.

MINIROOS:
Ages 8 - 11
Small-side football games, with modified rules to promote inclusiveness, engagement and improve technical ability. Scores and results are not kept for these matches.

JUNIORS:
Ages 12 - 18
The pitches start getting larger and the games start getting longer as we work our way to 11v11. Again the focus is around inclusiveness, engagement and improving technical ability. Results are recorded from ages 12 onwards.

SENIORS:
AGES 19+ (Includes Over 35’s players)
Playing in Football Victoria’s State League’s programs, as well as the Australia & Nike FC Cups knock out competitions.

2024 membership prices

Gisborne Soccer Club is a community club that relies exclusively on volunteers to donate their time to ensure all teams are able to have a successful season. However, there are often costs associated with running a club that we must pay each year and that cannot be outsourced.

Below is an outline of the fees for the 2024 season as well as a breakdown of what your fees will be used for by the club.

Gisborne Soccer Clubs fee is the same for all players in the Competition football program. FV/FFA however do charge different fees based on age & gender assigned at birth.
