To nominate for a Directors Role you must:

• be either a category A,B or C member of Gisborne Soccer Club Inc.; and

• be nominated by person who is either a category B or C member of Gisborne Soccer Club Inc.

MEMBERS CATEGORIES

The Members of Gisborne Soccer Club Inc. consist of:

     (a) Life Members;

     (b) Ordinary Members over 18 years of age who, subject to the Constitution, shall have the right to be present, debate and vote at General Meetings;

     (c) Junior Members under the age of 18 years who, subject to the Constitution, are not entitled to hold any office, but shall have the right to be present, debate and vote at General Meetings through the Junior Member’s parent or legal guardian; and

     (d) Social Members over 18 years of age being persons other than Ordinary Members who are interested in promoting the Club but who do not participate in the playing activities (including in the role of player, coach or official) of the Club.
